Yamini Natarajan, MD, is assistant professor of Medicine in the Division of Gastroenterology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. She is a staff physician at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center. She oversees a multidisciplinary clinic in NAFLD and serves as a principal investigator of multiple clinical trials. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.

Dr. Natarajan completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at Baylor College of Medicine where she also served as chief resident. She completed a fellowship in gastroenterology at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Natarajan's clinical interests cover all aspects of liver disease. Her research interests include integration of artificial intelligence in analysis of electronic health records, as well as epidemiology and outcomes related to NAFLD.
