Jay H. Shubrook, DO professor in the Primary Care Department and Director of Clinical Research and Diabetes Services at Touro University.

He is a board-certified Family Medicine physician and Diabetologist. Shubrook is past Chair of the American Diabetes Association Primary Care Advisory Group. He is an Associate Editor for Clinical Diabetes and for the Journal of the American Osteopathic Association. His research interests are in early intervention to prevent and treat type 2 diabetes. His clinical interests are in preparing the primary care workforce to better manage diabetes.
